Icelandic sheepskins have a great decorating potential thanks to their long, soft fur. Natural sheepskins tend to come in variety of colours and patterns (grey, black, cream, white, brown and spotted) but we also have a huge range of dyed ones. They are very versatile and can be used as floor rugs, sofa or bed throws, chair or foot stool cover etc.

This natural ivory white sheepskin rug is approximately 110cm x 75cm (43"x 29") on fur side. Average hair length is 16cm (6").

Our products are 100% natural and very often prepared without harsh chemicals. It means they may retain natural odour which may get stronger after being sealed in plastic bag for the delivery. It is advised to air the product for a time to get rid of the smell. Although sheepskin wool is a very good dirt and liquid repellent, you will still have to clean it at some point. Most of the time, for general weekly up keep, you can remove dust and loose hair easily by using a coarse brush. You can also do wonders by shaking the rug vigorously to remove small particles. If it gets dirty or wet, you should absolutely never use a tumble dryer or washing machine. Machine or hand washing may affect the appearance of the natural wool fibres and the leather pelt. Dry cleaning by a professional is a safest option. Please note that we try our best to ensure that the photos convey how the product looks in reality, however differences in light and the way various devices display colour may result in some differences.

Shipping rates depend on the size of the parcel and the destination. You can check shipping cost by adding products to the cart and following checkout process without completing it. Contact us if you buy more items and combined shipping seems too high.
Most of the time the value of products we send is not big enough to incur custom duties, however it is a buyer's responsibility to cover them in case they do. In some rare cases the courier company may charge an extra fee (brokerage fee) for the service of clearing the item through US customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover that fee (usually $25.00). We are not able to predict when this fee will be charged and when not as this depends on US Customs.
